Our Prices

Free of charge, yet priceless:

1.    Pices and discounts

The prices apply for apartment and night, with occupancy of minimum 2 persons, Minimum stay 7 days. Shorter stay on request and with supplements.

For every additional adult person we charge 30 €/night.

The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, waterheater, SAT-TV, free Wi-Fi, electricity and heating, hairdryer, final cleaning  and all fees and taxes, with the exception of the locality.

The amount of local tax is calculated based on the municipal regulation at the time of the stay (from january 2024: Euro 2,50 per day and person above 14 years of age)

2.    Discounts for children:

Kids up to 18 years: 50%.
Baby equipment (cot, high chair, changing pad and hiking rack) upon request for free.

3.    Pets

For your four-legged family members we charge 20€ per day (food is not included)
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.

Attention: farm animals are living free.

Pets are not allowed in appartment Fichtenholz and in appartment Bergluft.

4.    Additional charges and terms of payment

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed after our confirmation mail and once the deposit of  aprox 40% has been paid.

The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. We will also apply the below cancellation conditions.

The fee for final cleaning is already included in the price.

Payment:  Please pay cash on site or by bank transfer on the day of arrival.

5.    Arrival & departure

Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 15:00. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 15:00. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.
We prefer Saturdays for arrival and departure.

During summer holiday minimum stay of 14 days.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 9:00. Other times are possible upon request.

6.    Cancellation

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code

According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code):

You may cancel your reservation until 90 days prior to arrival without any cancellation fee. We will retain only the deposit.

In case of a cancellation between 90 days before arrival and the booked day of arrival, following cancellation fees apply:
cancellation until 30 days before arrival: 30% of the full price; cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the full price.

In case of “no show” or early departure, the guest is required to fully pay for the entire booking period.

7.    Cancellation insurance

8.    Exclusion of liability

We strive to provide accurate and complete information on this website. However, we assume no liability or guarantee for the topicality, correctness and completeness of the information provided.
